Job Title: Commercial Growth Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a commercially-minded professional to develop and execute integrated business solutions for B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate, qualify and convert business opportunities across various channels.
- Design tailored marketing packages combining editorial, digital amplification and on-ground activation.
- Prepare relevant proposals and lead negotiations and close deals.
- Collaborate with creative and editorial teams to create impactful plans.
- Own client relationships end-to-end — from briefs to structuring solutions.
- Maintain market and competitor awareness; contribute to product and pricing evolution.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of commercial experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Demonstrable track record of closing revenue-generating deals.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft concise, persuasive proposals and presentations.
- High curiosity, coachability and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience selling integrated packages (digital + editorial + event).
- Existing relationships across one or more target sectors (e.g., fintech, edtech, SaaS, healthcare, infrastructure).
