Lead Visualizer – Commercial Fit-out Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Lead Visualizer to join our team. As a commercial fit-out specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualising and developing design concepts for corporate projects.

  • You will prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, budget, and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.

The ideal candidate should bring strong visualisation skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and the flexibility to visit project sites.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
  • 4–5 years of experience in commercial fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • Must own a vehicle for office/site commuting.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
