Legal Specialist for IT Contract Negotiation

A Legal Specialist with 4-8 years of experience in reviewing and negotiating IT contracts is required to provide legal support to our organization. The ideal candidate should have expertise in contract review, negotiation, and management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Rainmaker Agreements.
  • Work closely with procurement, business, and delivery functions for effective transaction closure.
  • Prepare a monthly report on transactions received within a particular month.
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions as needed.
  • Take on case-by-case legal projects assigned by Senior Legal Counsels.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial, and operational risks in contracts.
  • Provide inputs/mark-ups on contracts to minimize risks and exposures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, negotiate, and finalize agreements.
  • Guide and mentor junior lawyers in their professional development.
  • Negotiate IT Outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers.
