Job Description:


The Senior Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for leading on-site technical operations, including managing technical knowledge, performing low-side HVAC tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Leading on-site technical operations
  • Managing technical knowledge, including low-side HVAC tasks, fire alarm systems, and electrical HT/LT transformer maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, vendor management, and property technical systems management
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to deliver quality work practices according to contract
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance team performance

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Graduate degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • 8-12 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other software applications
  • Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and meetings
