
Sales System Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Professional to join our organization. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing sales systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms, and supporting the sales team through process automation and system improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems.
- Optimize sales system architecture to enhance data flow and user experience.
- Act as the primary administrator for sales tools and platforms.
- Lead system integration projects, including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, testing, and deployment.
- Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor data quality and integrity across integrated platforms.
- Generate reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
- Train sales teams on new tools, features, and process changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or data discrepancies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or systems integration role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Experience with system integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, APIs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards.
