We are looking for candidates for AI Architect / Tech Lead AI We have our presence in: US India (Ahmedabad, Bangalore) Location: Ahmedabad Website: About the role: We're hiring a hands-on Lead  Architect to build the next-generation  AI video marketing system — where content is not just edited or repurposed, but generated, orchestrated, and deployed by  AI agents.
This role goes beyond media tech — you'll design and lead the development of agentic  AI systems that ingest real video content (UGC, branded, influencer), extract the best components, and generate short-form and long-form marketing content, including synthetic media where needed.
You'll also be responsible for integrating these systems with CSMs, DAMs, social platforms, ad tech, and performance marketing tools — owning both the architecture and hands-on development.
Key Responsibilities Design Agentic  AI  Systems for Content Creation Architect  AI workflows where agents collaborate to analyze, script, edit, generate, and optimize marketing videos — powered by LLMs, vision models, and orchestration layers.
Lead Development of Multi-Agent Pipelines Build intelligent systems using frameworks like Lang Chain, Auto Gen, or Crew AI, coordinating agents for scripting, visual editing, channel adaptation, voice/speech synthesis, and A/B testing.
Apply  AI to Real-World Video Marketing Use Cases Use real content — UGC, branded, influencer — as inputs to generate ad-ready assets with tailored formats, copy, visuals, and CTAs for different platforms.
Generate Synthetic Media Where Needed Integrate or deploy tools like Runway, Synthesia, Pika, or Eleven Labs to augment or generate new content components when footage is missing or needs scale.
Integrate Across the Marketing Stack Lead the integration of  AI systems with: CSMs (Content Management Systems) DAMs (Digital Asset Management) Ad tech APIs (Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads) Social platforms (You Tube, Instagram, etc.) Performance tools (Google Analytics, Segment, attribution platforms)
