About This Position:

We are seeking an innovative AI specialist with a strong background in custom model development and pipeline creation. This opportunity allows you to contribute to large-scale, impactful AI solutions while collaborating with an international team.

  • Create custom machine learning and deep learning models for business-specific problems (NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, recommendation systems).
  • Design and build scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and Europe to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  • Evaluate high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployments using MLOps practices.
  • Apply advanced techniques (hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, GPU optimization) to optimize models.
  • Contribute to research initiatives and adopt the latest innovations in LLMs, generative AI, and automation frameworks.
  • Document technical processes, architectures, and pipeline workflows for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines (Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Prefect).
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
