Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team.

Job Description:

The position of Lead Data Scientist is a high-level role that involves designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art generative AI models. The ideal candidate should have deep understanding in designing and developing applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs). A deep understanding of foundational models, frameworks, and techniques is crucial for success in this role, apply innovative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, research requirements, and deliver innovative solutions
  • Optimize solutions through thorough research, experimentation, and advanced problem-solving techniques
  • Keep up-to-date with the newest developments in generative AI, deep learning, and associated areas, integrating emerging methods into the team's processes
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of generative AI models, processes, and results
  • Communicate complex concepts and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide support and guidance to team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have strong skills in design, development, and deployment of LLM-based applications, proficient coding skills in Python and SQL, and a thorough understanding of prompt engineering, including refining and optimizing prompts to enhance the outcomes of Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience in cloud computing platforms: AWS preferred/GCP/Azure is also desirable, as well as experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
