Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies that support our long-term growth and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with the overall organizational strategy.
  • Design and manage performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Identify training and development needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of proven HR experience.

They must have strong strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.

A strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations is also essential.
