We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the corporate sector in Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.
- Corporate Business Acquisition: Visit and acquire new corporate business by generating leads, nurturing relationships, and driving sales to increase revenue and expand our service offerings.
- Client Engagement Activities: Organize and manage client engagement activities such as awareness talks, health camps, and other wellness-related events to foster strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports on revenue, activities, client visits, and other necessary parameters to track performance and inform strategy.
- Internal Coordination: Effectively coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business operations and processes.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Corporate Market: You must have a deep understanding of the corporate market and industry trends.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling services/products within the healthcare domain is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
