Hygiene Chemicals Business Development Executive

Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through market development, sales strategy, and contract management. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities
- Manage contracts with customers to ensure alignment with company policies and operational goals
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers as needed
- Identify and solve problems effectively to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in hygiene chemicals or a related industry
- Strong understanding of the Food & Beverage and Institutional segments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong attention to detail, market research, and data analysis skills
Education:
Minimum qualifications include an MBA/PGDM in Marketing and a B.Sc in Chemistry.
