Overview:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our B2B chemical and mineral sales operations in India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting bulk chemicals and minerals used in various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Promote bulk chemicals and minerals used in various industries.
- Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Monitor market trends to stay ahead of competition.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Attend industry events to expand network.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business.
- Proven experience in B2B sales of chemicals/minerals/industrial raw materials.
- Strong sales skills, a network of distributors, and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively across regions.
- Knowledge of bulk transportation, warehousing, and chemical safety standards.
- Experience using CRM tools for sales tracking.
