IT Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

  • Establish benchmarks for managing IT assets by researching industry best practices and comparing against established standards.
  • Define metrics, gather data, and report on the effectiveness of IT asset management processes.
  • Administer the Asset e-Cycle Program to efficiently manage IT assets.
  • Develop reports that pull data from various sources, showing license entitlements, installations, usage, renewal, procurement status, and data gaps.
  • Ensure software license, maintenance, and support renewals are managed in advance of their expiration dates.
  • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of IT asset management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
