Head of Business Development

About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this position will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in business development and client relations. This individual will be responsible for driving the growth of the firm's business and brand, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand the firm's client base.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
3. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media and SEO activities.
4. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars to establish thought leadership and build relationships with potential clients.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development and client relations, preferably in a top CA firm or financial services company.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with clients.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven track record of success in business development and client relations, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
