Job Title: Product Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional with 0-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with instrumentation background.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, patience to listen and understand customer queries, and be willing to learn and quickly integrate with our team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Caliber products to customers
  • Conduct on-site build installations and configurations
  • Ensure thorough understanding of customer requirements
  • Assist delivery lead in project kickoff and planning
  • Execute User Acceptance Test/Site Acceptance Test (UAT/SAT)
  • Implement Installation Qualification protocol
  • Train end-users on Caliber Products
  • Install production builds and create database maintenance plans
  • Provide onsite support and customer call handling
  • Reproduce reported issues or test cases at offshore locations
  • Update patches and maintain installations
  • Configure interfaces
  • Execute test scripts
  • Support internal validation of product
  • Document issues and deviations of on-site validation
  • Review validation outputs with customers
  • Prepare validation summary reports

Key Requirements:

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience with instrumentation background
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Patient listening and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Strong technical knowledge of Caliber products
