Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our product team. In this pivotal role, you will be the day-to-day liaison between product management and engineering teams, focusing on the execution of our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and maintaining the product backlog for your assigned engineering team, creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria based on the product roadmap and business value.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team, participating in all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the development team's questions, providing clarification and a deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements.
  • Writing clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies, ensuring engineers can build solutions with minimal ambiguity.
  • Reviewing and accepting completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements before it is released to QA or production.
  • Facilitating effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
