Production Facilities Safety Expert

We are seeking a skilled Process Safety Specialist to ensure the safe design and operation of our production facilities.
Main Responsibilities- Develop process deliverables for conceptual, FEED, and EPC projects;
- Prepare hazardous area classification schedules and drawings;
- Design process safety for production systems, such as crude oil treatment, water injection, and condensate treatment;
- Review and provide guidance on discipline engineering and design deliverables, including P&ID and datasheets;
- Sizing flare networks using standard tools like Hysys and FlareNet.
The ideal candidate will have experience in process safety on floating production systems, LPG and LNG storage and treatment, and BOP. They will be able to identify potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements- Competent on issues of FPSO offshore production facilities, high pressure gas processing systems, and oil/water/gas separation facilities;
- Experience of process safety on floating production systems, LPG and LNG Storage and Treatment, BOP;
- Strong understanding of process safety design principles and regulations;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
