Business Development Manager

At R3 Consultant, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our FMS (Infra Services Group) sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the IT staffing industry with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving business growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow our FMS vertical.
• Build, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive team success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the IT staffing industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and staffing (FMS) processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive results.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
