Program Management Professional
This role oversees the comprehensive execution, governance, and delivery of central Learning and Development initiatives. The successful candidate will drive strategic programs, foster collaborative relationships, and ensure seamless operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor program effectiveness and enhance learner engagement
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee alignment and success
- Cultivate synergies with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to achieve shared objectives
- Analyze program performance, maintain relevant documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Promote strategic L&D initiatives, including capability development, leadership programs, and innovation projects
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to independently drive programs
- Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
