Academic Operations Manager

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned and dedicated manager to oversee academic operations, ensuring high-quality delivery and efficient coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for task management, monitoring daily processes, and resolving operational challenges.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in academic management or a similar role, excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and a proactive problem solver who can handle challenging situations with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Manage tasks assigned to coordinators and Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor homework distribution and address any gaps in the process.
  • Track tests conducted and ensure test sheets are updated promptly and accurately.
  1. Data Management and Coordination:
  • Update the academic student database with current information.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to complete trial sheets and send fee messages to new students.
  • Maintain a clear overview of all students, teachers, and classes.
  1. Stakeholder Interaction:
  • Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by coordinators or RMs.
  • Communicate with teachers and parents regarding concerns or updates.
  1. Resource Management:
  • Share resource materials with teachers and students as needed.
  • Source and procure books or materials that align with student needs.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Work closely with teachers to maintain high academic standards.
  • Monitor the overall academic experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in academic management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A proactive problem solver.
  • Familiarity with educational resources is beneficial.
