Job Opportunity:

As a seasoned professional in customer service, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of SAP Customer Service solutions.

  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP CS with other modules by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and configure SAP CS to optimize customer service workflows, resulting in enhanced efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP CS processes, including service orders, notifications, contracts, warranty management, returns, and claims.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and industry trends, recommending continuous improvements to ensure maximum system adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP CS implementations, upgrades, and support activities.
  • Configure and customize SAP CS module to meet customer service needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective SAP CS solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from support teams.
  • Prepare and review functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
