We are seeking a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in business development, new account opening, account retention, and management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling IT staffing services in the USA market.
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, ultimately becoming our preferred vendor.

- Defining sales roadmaps, engaging targets, building awareness, and delivering revenue goals
- Securing accounts, managing client relationships, and achieving sales and margin targets
- Delivering customized staffing solutions through consultative sales approaches
- Researching, marketing, and presenting company services to new clients
- Penetration of new business through calls, meetings, and presentations with key decision-makers
Required qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales, especially in technology, banking, and financial services areas in the USA region
- Proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management
- Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
- History of exceeding individual goals in a global team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge
