Leading the South Asia Region means driving growth and innovation in biofuel ethanol and grain processing.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing business strategies aligned with organizational targets and mission.
  • Identifying regional opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and innovation.
  • Creating a go-to-market plan based on industry trends, competitors, market needs, resources, and support requirements.
  • Leading sales managers and technical service managers, as well as cross-functional teams across the region. Foster a high-performance work culture, ensure succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.

You will require:

  • A BSc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or relevant fields, along with at least 5 years of experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing.
  • A strong background in biofuel ethanol or grain processing.
  • Senior commercial experience in specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and remote environment, with strong proactiveness to collaborate across functions internally and externally.
  • Solid people leadership skills, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to drive opportunities and address challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; proficient in Microsoft Office or related software, and CRM.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
