About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat & phone with a patient and professional tone
- Communicate effectively by coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system
- Flag repeated or trending issues to help us improve our services
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service (internships count)
- Fluency in written & spoken English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay organized
- A graduate degree in any stream
- Bonus: Experience working in e-commerce or with global customers
