Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service over various channels
- Solve complex queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Leverage advanced tools to research and review solutions
Work Schedule:
This role requires flexibility, as you will work variable hours to match customer needs. Expect overnight, day, and late shifts, with a minimum 40-hour workweek. Our schedule is based on diverse shift patterns within operating hours of 6am-11pm (Sunday-Monday). You may be required to work national holidays.
Requirements:
- Age: 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in India
- Exceptional communication skills in English (written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with computers
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within designated hours
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
- Technical requirements include a minimum 100MB download speed and 10MB upload speed using a hard-wired Ethernet connection
