Trust and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement, utilizing innovation and intuition to drive change.

The successful candidate will have experience in a BPO/KPO environment and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. They will also have the ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units and demonstrate strong interpersonal and management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent, with a minimum of relevant years of professional work experience managing projects and client processes. A background in LEAN/Six Sigma would be an asset, as well as the ability to lead calls with clients and other business functions independently.

  • Responsibilities:
    1. Develop presentations showcasing Trust and Safety offerings, highlighting market profiles, customer segments, competitive analysis, value propositions, and positioning strategies.
    2. S Scout for potential opportunities within sales and marketing teams, generating growth in existing client managed services and building a strong brand presence.
    3. Innovate new ideas and proof-of-concept solutions, creating differentiation and driving adoption of services.
    4. Conduct extensive market research and provide insights, informing potential opportunities and driving business growth.
    5. Create process-level documentation and SOPs, ensuring effective knowledge management and capability development.
    6. Craft content policies and capability decks, enhancing global community engagement and outreach.
    7. Implement content policies externally and internally, driving consistency and best practices.
    8. Support internal short-term Trust and Safety projects, delivering timely and effective solutions.
