Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-standing relationships with existing clients to increase business growth and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service, responding to queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry, with a strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other banking systems is an advantage.
