About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned mobile marketing professional to spearhead paid campaigns and drive growth for our wellness apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize paid ad strategies across major platforms (Meta, Apple, Google) to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and refine user acquisition funnels to ensure campaign scalability and profitability.
  • Utilize AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization.
  • Analyse campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows.
  • Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google).
  • Experience running campaigns in US and EU markets.
  • Hands-on experience with Web2App Funnels and relevant analytics tools.
  • Practical application of AI in marketing workflows, including campaign automations and creative testing.
  • Ability to drive data-informed decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
