The Role: A Day in the Life of a Strategic Business Growth ManagerYour day revolves around strategic planning, client engagement, and revenue growth in the Indian market. Here's a snapshot of what to expect:
Key Responsibilities- Analyze market trends in IT staffing & ServiceNow resourcing
- Identify potential Fortune 500 clients requiring ServiceNow professionals
- Plan outreach strategies leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads
- Connect with CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement Heads, pitching tailored TNM resourcing solutions
- Collaborate with recruitment & delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs
- Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in IT staffing sales & resourcing in the Indian market
- A strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem & TNM staffing models
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience leveraging CRM tools and tracking sales metrics
