Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the targeted market(s) for the staffing industry, achieving end-to-end relationships and business opportunities with clients, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers.
  • Research and identify prospective customers, understand current market trends, and our service offerings to drive business growth.
  • Maintain engaging relationships with customers, help them during escalations, and work closely with the delivery team to ensure customer success.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Strategic Growth Manager at Zyoin Group, you will need:

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales/business development/client relationship management/key account management.
  • Strong research skills to identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth.
