Role SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Engineering Sales team. As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and capturing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development within an engineering-design/consultancy or construction organization. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns (social media, email, networking) to generate leads.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
You will develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understand their needs and objectives to identify relevant project opportunities, and prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase Skytree's services and capabilities.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering; post-graduation in Business Management is preferred. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development within an engineering-design/consultancy or construction organization is required.
Key qualifications include proficiency in understanding and applying BIM technologies, experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns, initiative-taking and proactive approach to business development, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
