Tech Hiring & Recruitment
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions for technical roles.
  • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top tech talent.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
HR Operations
  • Onboarding & Induction: Oversee pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and the induction program for new hires.
  • Leave & Attendance Management: Manage leave requests and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, leaves, salary deductions, and HR matters.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee information with high accuracy.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring HR processes and records comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to tech recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
