  • Talent Review Meetings: Collaborate with business heads to design and implement succession planning frameworks for leaders.
  • Functional Key Result Areas (KRAs): Develop and refine KRAs in collaboration with department heads; facilitate quarterly reviews.
  • Competency Framework: Build and align the Competency Framework with Performance Management Systems (PMS), promotions, and hiring processes.
  • Employee Assessments: Execute employee annual performance assessments and administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for low performers.
  • Engagement and Retention Plans: Develop and implement plans for high performers.
  • Cross-functional Projects: Design and execute projects for high-potential (Hi-Po) employee development.
  • Skills Gap Analysis: Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs and develop strategies to address these gaps.
Salary Information

Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management and development strategies.
  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess HR data, identify trends, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is required.
