Mayfair Housing is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to serve as the Executive Assistant to our Director.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level support, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Calendar management for the Director, coordinating meetings and appointments with precision.
  • Aiding the executive in preparing for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and ready.
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of the Director, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Drafting slides, meeting notes, and documents for the Director, showcasing exceptional writing and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in business administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics, with a proven track record of success.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with great follow-up skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
