Our client is a leading impact investment firm dedicated to generating significant social and financial returns through strategic investments across high-growth sectors in Asia.


Job Description-

We are seeking an Investment Director based in India to lead our investment strategy and manage an expanding portfolio across these growth sectors.


Key Responsibilities-

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or technology.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
  • Oversee and manage portfolio companies, ensuring strategic alignment with the firm’s goals.
  • Develop and implement value-enhancing growth strategies for portfolio companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including regulators, financial partners, and key sector players.


Ideal Profile-

  • Minimum 12 years of experience, primarily in private equity, with a strong focus on sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or technology.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing at least 5-6 deals across relevant sub-sectors.
  • Expertise in portfolio management, financial modelling, and risk assessment.
  • Strong academic background in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Collaborative mindset and a passion for impact-driven investment opportunities.
