Senior Finance Manager

About The Canvas:

We are a leading organization in the industry, and we're seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Manager to join our team.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our business, including day-to-day operations, budgeting, and strategic planning. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance operational efficiency with strategic insight to ensure financial stability and growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize financial performance.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
  • Evaluate and advise on financial implications of strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or CA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior financial management role, with a track record of success in financial operations, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
