We are seeking a Growth Expert to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies. This will involve utilizing marketing analytics to measure and optimize campaigns, communicating effectively across teams, and implementing marketing automation tools.

In close collaboration with the sales team, you will align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Our primary target market is US-based businesses, and we are looking for someone who can drive growth in this niche market.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Lead Generation and Marketing Automation, as well as proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Communication. Sales skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams are also essential. A strong analytical and problem-solving ability is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus.
