Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven advertising business development specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative advertising strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:
  • Advertising Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive ad sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the industry.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
    • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation to closure, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration.
  • Client Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and other stakeholders, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Articulate key value propositions, processes, and performance for the region, providing data-driven insights.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to design impactful ad campaigns that deliver results.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reporting and actionable recommendations.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing data-driven recommendations to improve ad products and sales approaches.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, contributing to product innovation by sharing client feedback and market needs.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3–5 years in advertising sales, media sales, or a similar role, preferably in tech/Saas sales.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
  • A results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
