Job Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of PTP/RTR/OTC. The selected candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including invoice processing and non-PO, payment processing and banking, vendor query resolution, and employee expense processing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AP processes with a minimum of 15 years of education and 2+ years of prior work experience. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as hands-on working knowledge of SAP.

In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, the successful candidate will also be required to perform day-to-day accounts payable activities, such as invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, and payment.

The job requires the candidate to follow documented procedures, understand client processes, and work actively as a team player with good communication and documentation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AP Processes: Strong understanding of accounting principles, classification, and key concepts.
  • SAP: Hands-on working knowledge and proficiency in using the software.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work actively as a team player with good communication and documentation skills.
