Key Performance Indicators

  • Drive luxury villa sales: Focus on generating consistent bookings across India and international destinations.
  • Build strong client relationships: Manage a pipeline of high-net-worth individuals, corporate accounts, and premium travel partners to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Deliver personalized pitches: Craft tailored sales presentations to cater to client needs and preferences.
  • Achieve sales targets: Effectively convert leads into bookings through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and long-term relationship building.
  • Premium service delivery: Provide exceptional service at every client interaction to foster repeat bookings and loyalty.
  • Client feedback and insights: Gather and share client feedback and market insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related fields is required.

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in sales within luxury hospitality, premium real estate, or luxury travel for at least 2 years.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Ability to confidently interact with high-net-worth individuals and high-profile clients is crucial.
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused individuals are preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with good command of CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and consumer behavior is required.
