Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to spearhead our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B or C2C sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams towards achieving ambitious targets.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and customer segments
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and consultative selling
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting, performance analysis, and talent development reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for lead generation, conversion, and account management
  • Negotiate complex deals, pricing, and contract terms with clients
  • Provide coaching and support to sales team members

The requirements include:

  • MBA preferred; however, a degree in Business Administration is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development in a similar role
  • Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and achieve significant revenue growth
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software
  • International sales experience is a plus
