Job Title: Sr. Product Operations Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving the end-to-end product activation process and overseeing the creation and management of product data.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal product activation processes, ensuring availability, and overseeing backend product creation and mapping. They will also collaborate with category managers, product managers, and fulfillment partners to launch new products and maintain operational excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Product Activation: Manage the product lifecycle from concept to customer delivery
  • Product Ops Management: Oversee product information management, including PRD (backend merchandising SKUs) creation and optimization
  • Stock and Availability Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock levels align with merchandising goals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve and streamline operational processes for faster value delivery to customers

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in product operations, SKU management, or e Commerce merchandising
  • Proven success working with internal tools like MCP tools and fulfillment platforms
  • Strong experience in managing product data, stock availability, and internal product activation processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in marketplace dashboards and BI tools
