Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Activation Experience Manager to lead our consumer activation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing annual activity calendars that drive business outcomes.

You will work closely with the brand team to develop clear strategies and ensure effective activation across all key sub-brands. Your primary focus will be on building a strong consumer database and leveraging data to inform future activations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of experiential marketing and FMCG industry knowledge. You should be able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions that drive engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual activity calendars that align with brand plans and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to create clear strategies for activation across all key sub-brands.
  • Build and maintain a strong consumer database to inform future activations.
  • Drive rural and higher participation in mela/fairs and explore regional festivals.
  • Cost optimization through negotiation and cost-effective models.
  • Identify new touchpoints for engagement, sampling, and sales.
  • Create campaigns using technology such as AR/VR/Meta/Gaming.
  • Measure impact through PR, integrated campaigns, and measurement studies.
  • Ensure finance tracker and SOP adherence are periodically reviewed.
  • Manage agencies effectively and showcase best practices in activation and digital projects.
