Product Activation Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing internal product activation processes from concept to customer delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in product operations, SKU management, or eCommerce merchandising. They will also possess strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal product activation process from concept to customer delivery.
- Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of PRDs (backend merchandising SKUs).
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and stock levels align with merchandising goals.
- Collaborate with category managers, business product management teams, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth product setup and alignment with demand.
- Identify inefficiencies and experiment with new solutions to drive operational efficiencies and improve customer experience.
- Streamline product information and enhance stock visibility to maximize performance across key markets.
Requirements:
- Proven success working with internal tools like MCP tools and fulfillment platforms.
- Strong experience in managing product data, stock availability, and internal product activation processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in marketplace dashboards and BI tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in launching and managing new product categories in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Amazon Seller Central Experience
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies.
- Experience with incident management processes and driving product reliability improvements.
