Executive Assistant Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Enlighten Schola. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional capable of managing professional email correspondence, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and effectively handling LinkedIn profile management for the company or executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Draft, send, and manage professional email communications on behalf of the executive or company.
- Schedule Coordination: Assist in managing and organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
- LinkedIn Profile Management: Update and maintain the executive's LinkedIn profile, manage connections, post updates, and ensure a professional online presence.
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks such as managing files, records, and data entry.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
- Email Etiquette: Strong ability to manage and respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner.
- LinkedIn Expertise: Basic to intermediate knowledge of managing LinkedIn profiles, creating posts, and networking online.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
