Siemen Energy is seeking a highly skilled Controlling Professional to join our team in the ramp-up of our Electrolyzer business for green hydrogen. As a key member of our TI SES controlling team, you will contribute to the financial transparency and ensure that the organization has the necessary information for decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor business-relevant KPIs to drive SES business performance and support the achievement of strategic and business goals.
  • Ensure a high level of transparency for all SES KPIs and a high level of FC-accuracy.
  • Consolidate budget/forecast activities and prepare month-end closing review meetings.
  • Analyze and comment on FC deviations.
  • Prepare management reporting and presentations.
  • Identify and implement process standardizations and improvements.
  • Increase efficiency in reporting for all KPIs. Drive automation and digitalization for SES.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a comparable education.
  • Professional experience (> 6 years) in the finance area, ideally controlling.
  • Expert in using MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
  • First experiences in current business intelligence tools (e.g. SAP Analytical Clouds) and interest to expand these skills.
  • Open-mindedness and communication skills, the ability to work in a team.
  • High degree of motivation, initiative, high-quality standards, and results-oriented work.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and address competing priorities, while ensuring deadlines are met on time and with accuracy.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
