Investor Relations Specialist Role Overview:

As a highly skilled professional, you will join our Investor Relations team in a voice process role to provide exceptional support to investors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication and articulation skills, as well as strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with investors and stakeholders through regular voice calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about the company's financial performance, market updates, and other relevant investor communications.
  • Support investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion, escalating critical queries to senior management when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Freshers-1 year of experience in voice process/customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
