**Finance and Accounting Specialist Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced finance and accounting specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting.

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing statutory and tax compliances, coordinating audits, and preparing financial statements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Compliance & Taxation: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all Indian statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and ROC filings.
  • Accounting & Financials: End-to-end ownership of accounting and book closure activities, preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reporting & MIS: Prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports, support in monthly/quarterly financial reviews and presentations.
  • Audit Management: Handle all audit-related queries and liaise with external auditors, maintain proper audit trail and documentation.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent; CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA / M.Com preferred.
  • Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in Indian finance and accounts function.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, ROC filings, audits, and Indian accounting standards, proficiency in finalization of accounts and monthly financial closure, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
