Key Role

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking industry
  • Knowledge of rural banking and understanding of the local market in Bihar, India
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
