As a Visual Display Manager at an esteemed organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing store displays that showcase our brand's products and style.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a yearly visual merchandising calendar that aligns with our brand guidelines.
  • Design and execute store windows, focal points, and material displays to highlight key products, themes, or promotions.
  • Source and procure visual merchandising and styling props to enhance store displays.
  • Adapt store window and creative designs across multiple region stores as per the visual merchandising calendar.
  • Stay up-to-date on lifestyle, demographic, and design trends to inform visual merchandising decisions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of stores.
Display Styling
  • Style experience centers of the brand to create immersive experiences for customers.
  • Style homes designed by the organization for photo and video shoots to showcase our brand's aesthetic.
  • Research and source products and props to style different customer homes, both online and offline.
  • Coordinate between photographers, interior designers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage inventory of styling products and props.
  • Schedule and manage photo/video shoots involving multiple stakeholders, including customers.
  • Cull and edit photos to ensure high-quality visual content.
  • Style 3D rendered images to create realistic product visuals.
Vendor Partnerships
  • Procure high-quality products from vendors at competitive prices through quotations and comparisons.
  • Ensure timely execution of store window and creative designs by following up with vendors.
  • Process payments to vendors and follow up on billing processes on a weekly basis.
Budget Efficiency
  • Monitor expenditures and identify any deviations from planned expenses.
  • Achieve expenditure targets within allocated budgets.
  • Submit bills on time to ensure smooth financial operations.
